Partners : Partner Accrediation & Training

It goes without saying that a company stands or falls based on the quality of its products, services and customer support. In order to assist our growing number of Channel Partners in delivering high quality solutions, we have designed a series of training courses which promote a transfer of in depth knowledge and experience to attendees. Each course has been tailored to meet the specific needs of Systems Integrators, Value Added Resellers, OEM’s and Business Partners, and is based on direct feedback from existing Channel Partners. These courses form an integral part of our Accredited Channel Partner Program.

Our goal is to equip our Channel Partners with the information they require in order to delivery innovative solutions based on Wavetrend's growing family of products, to meet their customers business needs. Experience has taught us that incorrectly installed products have been the cause of >80% of our customer support enquiries. Through the introduction of our training courses and world class accreditation program, we aim to reduce this percentage to <5%, thus ensuring our end customers enjoy a high level of service, and support from our Channel Partners.

The courses ensure that all attendees gain a good, base level understanding of Wavetrend technology through intensive knowledge transfer; our sales and ordering processes, marketing programs and product family information, and a competency for selling, installing and developing innovative solutions based on our technology. Completing the courses is a requirement to achieve 'Accredited Channel Partner' status with Wavetrend.

Being ‘Wavetrend Accredited’ is a sign to customers that they can expect innovative solutions, excellent service and world class after-sales customer support.

Training Courses on Offer:

Sales Training Course – a one day base course that everyone must complete. This course covers all aspects of Wavetrend’s business processes and product range. A basic education in RFID is also included. The delegates will be also coached in how best to sell and demonstrate our technology, thus ensuring better advice and service to their customers.

Installer Training Course – a two day course (includes the Sales course). This course is aimed specifically at a reseller's technical staff members, who are responsible for integrating and installing hardware, and providing front line customer support to their customers. A more in-depth RFID education is given on the second day to ensure the effective application and support of our technology.
