Downloading utility software, marketing and technical documents: You can download user manuals, software and marketing information by logging in below. Some files, such as technical interfaces and some software applications, are made available only to our Accredited Partners. If you work for one of our Accredited Partner companies but cannot find the file you are looking for, please contact us to upgrade your log-in account to permit you access. Do you want to return products to Wavetrend? Accredited Partners can apply for Return of Materials Authorisation (RMA) numbers directly from Wavetrend for products that have failed within our Warranty terms, or for repair of damaged products. Contact your Wavetrend representative for more information. Non-partners or end-users with faulty products must first contact the company from whom they purchased the products from.
