Channel Manager - Auto ID / RFID
Location - Washington DC, USA
Excellent base salary + bonus + benefits
As Channel Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales, revenue and gross margin in accordance with agreed targets from a portfolio of channel partner accounts. In addition, you will develop and qualify new channel partners who meet the strict criteria of their accredited channel partner program.
A systematic networker with proven track record and team spirit, you are degree educated within a technical or business discipline and possess impressive professional and career credentials. You should have worked in a similar channel/marketing/sales role, ideally from within the Auto ID/RFID environment, and have circa 10 years’ complex solutions experience as a minimum.

Wavetrend USA, Canada and South America Internal Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer
Location - Washington DC, USA
Salary - Commensurate with experience and qualifications
This office based role will be responsible for pre-qualifying all sales and technical support enquiries. As a member of the sales and technical support team you will manage all aspects of the pre-qualification process. This will include the preparation of detailed Accredited Channel Partner account plans, processing of general sales enquiries and managing initial sales leads, actioning RMA requests and participating at events and exhibitions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) are a pre-requisite. You must be team orientated, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and have outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills.

Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions based on Wavetrend's world class technology in response to requests from our Accredited Channel Partners. This will include performing site surveys, gathering detailed user requirements, delivering on-site support services and providing in depth feed back to the product marketing groups within Wavetrend. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) are a pre requisite. You must be team orientated; self motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and have outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills. Experience within an RF discipline, IT or Auto ID would be advantageous.
