Wavetrend offers our customers and partners support on the products and solutions we sell, ranging from partner and customer training though to direct end-customer support for the solutions we directly deploy. In addition we train our partners to be fully self sufficient in providing their own support and training services to their direct customers.

Accredited Training:
Wavetrend provides direct training on our products and services to all our partners who join our Accredited Partner Program. We ensure each Accredited Partner is fully capable of providing customers with exceptional sales, technical and support services and share the partner network's collective insight and experience with them. Customer Training:
Wavetrend provides full customer training for the products and solutions they have purchased from us to ensure that operators and administrators are skilled and efficient in using and maintaining the systems they are entrusted with.

Customer Support:
All customers who purchase products, solutions or services from us are directly supported in both Sales and Technical arenas to ensure that we assist our Accredited Partners to succeed and our end-customers to derive the utmost value from their Wavetrend solution. Key projects will have dedicated customer service teams assigned to them, while our Product Engineering department is on hand at all times to swiftly resolve technical issues.

When things go wrong, Wavetrend will be there to support our customers.
