All Wavetrend Partner Program members have access to telephone technical support in conjunction with our comprehensive Partner Portal which enables registered partners to search FAQs, troubleshoot technical issues and find answers to basic questions on Wavetrend-based solutions through product bulletins, technical documentation and support forums.

We provide online access to a wide range of materials and tools that help you to build solutions based on our products and services, support your customers, and drive increased sales.
Available sales support and technical materials include: product and solution sales documentation, and technical and service descriptions.
From instructor-led, hands-on implementation training and demonstration preparation, the Wavetrend education program has a comprehensive set of best practices to effectively train partners on our solutions. Program certification assures your customers and prospects that you have the proven capability to deliver Wavetrend solutions.
Membership Requirements
- Qualified sales representatives
Qualified sales representatives must attend a scheduled regional partner workshop covering both technical knowledge and sales positioning on the Wavetrend portfolio.
- Technically trained personnel
Qualified technical personnel must attend a scheduled regional partner workshop and a technical product training course. Additionally, personnel must attend an installation and commissioning course per product area. As part of the workshop, an overview of Wavetrend’s software package, AssetTrace, will be conducted.
Prospective partners will provide a long-term business plan with projected sales figures, and industry verticals segments and geographies to be targeted.
Prospective partners will provide a six-month sales forecast containing projections for both monthly sales figures and units sold.
Prospective partners will provide a short-term marketing plan (6 to 12 months) with detailed marketing actions (e.g. end customer events, Internet, trade shows).
Prospective partners will supply end customer references for review by Wavetrend (including customer name, business area, country, size, products sold).
- Feedback to product and services development
Partners will participate in product development feedback and provide ad hoc product feedback to Wavetrend’s technical partner sales interface.
